* if you asked for an exchange you will have to pay for the shipping fees only!
The product must be in the same condition and undamaged in any way with the ticket attached as received.
If the product is damaged in anyway, or you have initiated the exchange after 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, you will not be eligible for an exchange .
* we don’t offer refunds once you paid for the order and received it but we allow courier and customers to open the shipment and check it when receiving it but once you receive the order we allow exchanges only
* Custom made / personalized products can’t be exchanged or refunded
